I have been using Edmond Air Conditioning for over 20 years for my plumbing, heat and air needs.  During that time the plumbers and heat and techs have been dispatched as soon as possible.  They have been helpful, friendly and have worked to resolve problems in a timely manner.  Several years ago when my husband had cancer and we needed an air conditioner repaired, Roger made sure it was done as soon as possible.  He has helped find replacement parts or units at the best price available.  Recently, they came and did my winter heat check and filled out all the paperwork for a rebate for ONG which I just received.  I have recommended Edmond Air Conditioning to my family and friends and will continue to do so.  I plan to continue to call upon them when I have a problem.

Edmond AC replaced our complete upstairs HVAC system in Sept 2010. In my >30
years of experience as a home owner, they are one of the best home service
companies to work with that I have encountered. They have competitive pricing, carry
quality equipment, and have a well-trained, reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable
staff. Roger, in particular, was more thorough in answering questions and following up
with information and promises to do something than anyone from the four other
companies we interviewed.

The installation team was professional, polite, competent, and easily made minor
adjustments to the job when we found a few unanticipated problems. For example, they
measured, adjusted and balanced air flow to different rooms, which had been a problem
with the builder's installation for years. They also changed the orientation of the outside
unit (by gO-degrees) when they noticed they could greatly improve the access for
maintenance, since it was in a corner.

I was most impressed when the installation team voluntarily changed (with no charge)
some venting ductwork for a hot water heater that crossed in front of the garage access
pull-down stairs - making it difficult to go up to the attic without hitting your head. I
didn't ask them to do it; I just warned them not to bump their heads, that it was annoying
and was something I was going to change (for 16 years!). I was surprised and really
pleased to find a few hours later that they had fixed it! The installation team clearly took
pride in the job they did.

Since its installation, we have had no issues or problems with this American Standard
Allegiance 15 (SEER 15) unit, and our total house energy bills have decreased. When
our 17 year old downstairs unit finally fails, Edmond AC is the first company I'll call.
This is a quality company, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend
them for equipment, installation or service.

"During an ice/snow storm my sewer in my entire house backed up and I could not use any of my appliances or bathrooms. I called Edmond Heat & Air to come out to snake my line. Eddie, the lead man, and apprentice Nathan showed up on time and ready to go. They both were personable, neat and efficient. They answered all my questions and made sure when they were done that I was happy with the work. They made every effort to make sure they didn't cause any further damage or make any more mess than was necessary. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves to my satisfaction.
